The hotel offered a warm welcome, with attentive staff and cute flower decorations in the room. the location was great, right in the heart of the old town. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh hand-made pancakes and a beautiful vegetable flower decoration on the plate.

They claimed to be fully booked when there were available rooms online, and tried to move me to their sister facility. being on the 6th floor with no elevator was not fun.

We booked this hotel because it a new opening one that we found on internet. And we really want to give them an excellent review. We arrived at the hotel at midnight; the staff opened the door and took my bags straight away. We got a lovely fresh fruit juice and from the receptionist with a smile. Once I was booked in the manager took my bags up to the room and explained there was free WiFi, noted me about the breakfast time, room service at any time. The room was small and as wide as the double bed was long but very clean and well set out bathroom was the same. Room service was very well cooked and mini-bar and prices really reasonable. Staff were happy to recommend places to go see, eat. They helped us to book our Cruise to Halong bay. It was great!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were always helpful and attentive to any requests I had. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from, including mouth-watering pastries and scrumptious dishes. Best aspects: the hotel is located in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular landmarks. It is also conveniently close to several good restaurants and cafes, so finding a great place to eat was never a problem. the hotel rooms were very comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

the bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting.

Los empleados son amigos asombrosos, amistosos, chistosos y profesionales. Reservamos un tour que empezaba en Hanói y terminaba en Ciudad Ho Chi Minh, con paradas en Hue, Hoi An y Nha Trang. Fue una excursión excelente yo barata. Señorita Moon, la gerente del hotel, nos ayudó a planear el viaje yo fuimos completamente satisfechos. Ella fue tan amable, sincera y profesional. Ella supo lo que necesitábamos yo nos aconsejó dónde quedarnos con más tiempo para tener unas vacaciones significantes. Seguramente recomendaremos el hotel a nuestros amigos.

Our stay at the hostel was wonderful! The value for money was great, with clean and safe rooms. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old quarter, allowing us to easily explore all the tourist sites. The staff was superb, always attentive and took care of every need. They even helped us book our trips and tickets, making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. We highly recommend this hostel!

The only minor issue we had was with the bathroom. The shower head was fixed at an awkward angle, spraying water either in your face or over your head if you're not too tall.
